Ancient Depiction of Energy Lines
It is well-known that, in Traditional Indian Medicine, there are interesting energy lines as depicted in Figure 1. The current author attempted to elucidate acupuncture-related correspondances to the seven Indian chakras. In a lecture by the author in October 2008 at the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine 1 it was demonstrated, that the first 7 points of the new energy meridian were in “resonance” (as measured with the Nogier sign with the seven chakras of Indian medicine (Fig. 2). It was observed, that a weak acupuncture point in classic body acupuncture was related to an Indian chakra (such as Ren Mai 8 for the Solar Plexus chakra or Ren Mai 17 for the Chest chakra, etc.) and showed “resonance” with a point on the hand that was also a weak-energy point.

In observations over the last 5 years, other points have produced excellent energetic effects. This new energy meridian can be identified as an Extraordinary Vessel, because several well-known classical acupuncture points are located on it (TE 3, TE 5, TE 8, LU 3, and BV19/20). 2
The points EN 1 to EN 12 on this energy line—now called the energy meridian—are located on the dominant side of the body, which, in most cases, is the right-hand side of the body. Thus, the points will be typically on the right hand and right forearm (Fig. 3). Points EN 13 to EN 26 will be typically on the nondominant side of the body and thus will be on the nondominant arm and shoulder (Fig. 4). The highest energy-points are also localized on the highest part of the human body (Fig. 5). *

Research in Patients Cancer, Using the Nogier Sign
Most often we find the point “ –2 EN,” when a malignancy is developing. The point “–1 EN” (see Fig. 6) † is active either when the tumor volume is very small in the early stages of cancer or when the disease has already been treated with conventional biomedical cancer therapies.

The author has observed, that chlorophyll (the green pigment of plants) has an interesting resonance to these two carcinoma points. The chlorophyll molecule is very similar to hemoglobin (Fig. 7), but in the center of the chlorophyll molecule there is magnesium (see Fig. 8), whereas in the center of the hemoglobin molecule there is iron.

One can use electrical skin-resistance equipment or the Nogier-sign to detect the points –“–1 EN” or “–2 EN”, also these EN points can be detected on the hand and the ear (Fig. 9).

A literature search3–5 ‡ yielded interesting articles about animal research and chlorophyll with respect to carcinoma therapy. In particular, a 2012 study proved that dietary administration of chlorophyllin (4 mg/kg bw) suppressed development of hamster buccal carcinomas by inhibiting the canonical NF-κB signaling pathway by downregulating IKKß, preventing the phosphorylation of IκB-α, and reducing the expression of nuclear NF-κB. 4
Chlorophyllin research—at the University of Graz, Austria, with Joachim Greilberger, MD, and at the University of Vienna, Austria, with Leo Auerbach, MD, and Ralf Herwig, MD—based on the clinical observations of the author is currently underway. The research involves 20 men with prostate cancer and 20 women with breast cancer. Preliminary results, if they are significant will be presented at the 8th International Auriculotherapy Symposium. The research results are scheduled to be posted in a few weeks at WWW.EATCM.DE
The detection of the points in this report necessitate the use of specialized detection devices, and their use will be demonstrated in one of the 8th International Auriculotherapy Symposium workshops.
