In the July 2023 issue of ASSAY and Drug Development Technologies (vol. 21, no. 5; 212–221), the article titled “Enhanced Cytotoxic Activity of 6-Mercaptopurine–Loaded Solid Lipid Nanoparticles in Hepatic Cancer Treatment” by Ergin, et al. requires correction.

The term HEP3G is incorrectly listed in the Abstracts and the figure 4 legend.

The seventh sentence of the Abstract on page 212 appeared as:

“The in vitro cytotoxicity studies were performed on the hepatocarcinoma (HEP3G) cell line.”

It should have appeared as:

“The in vitro cytotoxicity studies were performed on the hepatocarcinoma ( HEP3B ) cell line.”

In the original article, the ninth sentence of the Abstract on page 212 appeared as:

“Optimum formulation exhibited significantly higher cytotoxic effects on HEP3G than on pure 6-MCP.”

It should have appeared as:

“Optimum formulation exhibited significantly higher cytotoxic effects on HEP3B than on pure 6-MCP.”

In the original article on page 219, the following legend for figure 4 appeared as:

“Fig. 4. HEP3G cell viability.”

It should have appeared as:

“ Fig.4. HEP3B cell viability.”

The online version has been corrected to reflect these changes. The authors apologize for the errors.
