On page 361, Dr. Ahram's affiliation is listed in error as “Departments of Physiology and Biochemistry.” It should be “Department of Physiology and Biochemistry.”
On page 363 in Table 2, the superscript “a” in the first line of the Don't Know (%) column should be deleted. A corrected table is shown below.
Using Peason correlation coefficient, positive responses correlated significantly with younger age and increasing education (p<0.001), but not gender.
These responses were removed from the analysis due to their small size (final sample size: 3185).
