Abstract
A 58-Year-Old Male with a PSA of 4.5 and Newly Diagnosed T1cNxMx Gleason 3+3=6 Prostate Is to Undergo a Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy. Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Biopsies Are Only Positive in the Right Apex. Which Approach is Appropriate, Ascending or Descending?
