A 70-Year-Old Female with Renal Insufficiency (Creatinine 2.0 mg/dL) and a Congenital Solitary Kidney Is Found to Have a 4.0-cm Lower-Pole Enhancing Endophytic Mass Suspicious for Renal Cell Carcinoma. What Would Be the Ideal Minimally Invasive Treatment for This Surgical Lesion?
