Gaming Law Review proudly dedicates this issue to Professor I. Nelson Rose, our esteemed Editor Emeritus, as he celebrates his 75th birthday.
This special Festschrift honors Nelson’s extraordinary contributions as a pioneering gaming law educator, author, and attorney.
We have invited distinguished scholars and colleagues to contribute articles that reflect the breadth and impact of his career.
Each submission will explore a gaming-related topic connected to an aspect of Nelson’s work, ensuring a cohesive tribute to his legacy.

Gambling in Guam by Robert Jarvis, exploring the legal and cultural dimensions of gaming in a unique jurisdiction. The Impact of Daily Fantasy Sports on Mobile Sports Betting by Ronald Rychlak, analyzing evolving trends in gaming law and technology.
