Abstract

Background: The Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome is a very rare, complex association of Mullerian, renal tract, and cervicothoracic somite anomalies. Case: A case of a 16-year-old girl with these problems and a peculiar hourglass uterine collection is presented in this article, and the embryology and management are discussed.
