Method of Immunization
Four- to six-week-old Balb/c mice were immunized with the purified extract.
Parental Cell Line Used for Fusion
Mouse myloma SP2/0-Ag 14 cell line.
Selection and Cloning Procedure
After fusion, all of the wells were screened by ELISA using purified extract. Positive ones were sub-cloned and re-evaluated by ELISA and Western blot analysis.
Heavy and Light Chains of Immunoglobulin
D1 (IgG2b, κ), D4 (IgM, κ).
Specificity
Specificity of MAbs was determined by ELISA and Western blot analysis.
