Visium CytAssist is a compact instrument that enables the transfer of transcriptomic probes from standard glass slides to Visium slides, simplifying FFPE sample processing and enabling spatial profiling of even pre-sectioned tissue. CytAssist can further maximize your workflow by enabling screening of samples for biologically significant sections and then precisely aligning those sections to Capture Areas on Visium slides.
