The sentence in question was originally printed as:
In this prospective study on chronic hepatitis C therapy, HOMA-IR significantly decreased after the eradication of HCV in patients with pretreatment IR.
It should read:
In this retrospective study on chronic hepatitis C therapy, HOMA-IR significantly decreased after the eradication of HCV in patients with pretreatment IR.
