Abstract

In the January 2021 issue of Journal of Women's Health (vol. 30, no. 1; 61–63) the article entitled Mortality in COVID-19: Further Evidence for a Sex-Based Difference in the OpenSAFELY Study by Connie B. Newman requires correction to a numeral error.
On page 61, third paragraph, the first sentence read:
New data from OpenSAFELY, a cohort study of 17 million adult patients of primary care practices in England, including 10,296 who died from COVID-19 complications, provides support for sex-based differences in mortality even after adjusting for comorbidities, clinical risk factors, and social determinants of health.
The sentence should read:
