As dedicated lymphatic researchers and health care providers, your patients' participation in the registry is crucial for accelerating breakthroughs. Introducing the LE&RN Resource Center
The LE&RN Resource Center (LRC) is a complimentary global support service to assist the lymphatic community in navigating the complexities of LDs, including LE, lipedema, and lymphatic anomalies. In 2016, at LE&RN's urging, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a resolution declaring March 6 World Lymphedema Day© (WLD). WLD is an annual celebratory event to educate the world about LDs. Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health Welcomes Dr. Kimberley Steele
As LE&RN's Special Projects Director, Dr. Steele, played a definitive role in revamping the LE&RN Global Registry for Lymphatic Diseases, preparing a document on the Gaps in Lymphatic Research, and was the point person when developing potential program initiatives for the consideration of the newly established Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).
