Method of Immunization
The lysates of BxPC3 were injected to the rear footpads of a rat with Freund's complete adjuvant.

Mouse myeloma Sp2/0-Ag14 cells.
Selection and Cloning Procedure
Hybridoma cells were plated onto 96-well plates and cultured in hypoxanthine-aminopterin-thymidine (HAT) selection medium.
