I n the August 2011 issue of Thyroid (vol. 21, no. 8; 917–920), the article “Ultrasound-Guided Laser Ablation of Incidental Papillary Thyroid Microcarcinoma: A Potential Therapeutic Approach in Patients at Surgical Risk” by Papini E et al. (1), the correct name of the third author, “Hossein Gharib,” was incorrectly spelled as “Gharib Hosseim.”
