In the May 2019 issue of Thyroid (vol. 29, no. 6; 625–630) the article entitled “Treatment of Toxic Multinodular Goiter: Comparison of Radioiodine and Long-Term Methimazole Treatment” by Azizi et al. requires correction.

In the Procedures section of the article, page 626, the formula was incorrectly set with “50 μCi ¹³¹I” in the numerator. It should read “150 μCi ¹³¹I”, for: E s t i m a t e d t h y r o i d g l a n d w e i g h t ( g ) × 1 5 0 μ C i 131 I 2 4 h R A I u p t a k e ( a s a d e c i m a l )
