Abstract
This article asks how theology is to be done in a media age, when definitions of ‘culture’ are expanding and life is lived in the context of extensive and diverse media consumption. The impact on theology is considered with respect to definitions of ‘high’ and ‘popular’ culture, and to how religion is like and unlike forms of entertainment.
