In view of 2 Cor 36 and Jn 663 in particular it is hard to avoid taking pneuma zōopoioun in any other way than as a reference to the (Holy) Spirit. This is a danger of a Son of God christology which does not observe all the moments of 'becoming' Son which we see in the NT (see my Christology, particularly pp. 60-4, 267f.).
