Abstract
Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of The Institute of Measurement and Control will be held at 87 Gower Street, London WC1, on Wednesday, 1 February 2016, at 4.30 p.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution: That the revised version of the Royal Charter and Byelaws of the Institute as amended in 2016 and posted on the Institute’s website in November 2016 be adopted, and that application be made to the Privy Council to this effect.
(NOTE: The resolution may not be amended during the meeting but must be either carried or rejected as it stands.)
