Mental-health services for refugee women and children in Africa

Abstract

English

This article calls for activism in the provision of mental-health services for refugee women and children in Africa. African social work educators, practitioners and the international community are being asked to advocate for supplying mental-health services for the vulnerable African refugee population.

Cet article lance un appel à l'activisme et aux plaidoyers en vue de procurer des services en santémentale pour les femmes et les enfants réfugiés en Afrique. Les éducateurs en travail social, les praticiens et la communauté internationale sont appelés à appuyer la cause des populations réfugiées africaines vulnérables, afin de leur fournir des services en santémentale.
