This Special Issue, Understanding Diversity Dynamics in Systems: Social Equality as an Organization Change Issue, is dedicated to Clayton Paul Alderfer (1940–2015).
Clayton Alderfer was the editor of The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science from 1990–2003. He was a pioneer in the study of motivation, group dynamics, race relations in organizations, and organizational diagnosis.
