Abstract
The International Journal of Research in Choral Singing (IJRCS) is the scientific research journal of the American Choral Directors Association. The journal is now accepting submissions of research articles that advance knowledge and practice with respect to choral singing, choir sound, choral pedagogy, and related areas. The editorial board welcomes manuscripts that reflect well-executed research employing quantitative, qualitative, historical, or philosophical methodologies. Reviews of empirical research, meta-analyses, and so on will also be considered for publication. In addition, we welcome proposals for special focus issues on research of interest to choral singing such as equity and inclusion in choral singing, school community partnerships, adolescent development, vocal development, and singing and well-being.
