NAfME Academy

An excellent investment for collegiates is a suite of professional resources offered by the NAfME Academy. A one-year subscription to the NAfME Academy offers teachers more than sixty hours of professional development webinars and various other content to augment their success in the music classroom. Leaders in music education provide expertise on preK–12 music education, including choral, orchestra, and band education. The NAfME Academy is available to all NAfME members for $20 a year.

NAfME members and other music educators can earn professional recognition by reading featured articles in Music Educators Journal (MEJ). After reading a featured article, the reader can take a short quiz to receive a certificate acknowledging an hour of professional development. This is an efficient way to enhance your portfolio. National In-Service Conference

Professional Achievement Award

The NAfME Collegiate Professional Achievement Award recognizes individual Collegiate members for their commitment and dedication to NAfME and music education.
