Abstract
As the year draws to a close, we would like to acknowledge the many people who have contributed to the intellectual ferment of our 52nd edition. We are deeply grateful to all of those who have submitted manuscripts for consideration this year. We thank you for entrusting your work to the Journal and we are constantly impressed with the depth and variety of manuscripts that we receive.
We also owe enormous thanks to the many people who have reviewed manuscripts in the past year. Your intellectual contributions are vital to the quality and rigor of the journal.
