Comparison of blood drug concentration and treatment effect of all subjects before and after treatment.
As can be seen from Table 1, after music education treatment, the BRMS and YMRS scores of the children in the experimental group were (4.92±0.21) and (5.12±1.03) respectively; while the BRMS and YMRS scores of the children in the control group were (11.23±1.32) and (13.45±0.89). Comparison shows that the overall score of the experimental group dropped more obviously.

Behavioral and biochemical indicators of the mice.
In Figure 1(a), compared to Group 2, the immobility time of Group 1 mice was significantly increased (P < 0.01), and the standing and horizontal activity time were significantly decreased (P < 0.01); The standing and horizontal activity time of mice in groups 3 and 4 significantly increased compared to group 1. This indicates that vascular risk factors can indeed cause depression, and both fluoxetine and Yangxin tablets can alleviate this depressive state. In Figure 1(b), compared to Group 2, the content of norepinephrine, dopamine, and 5-hydroxytryptamine in Group 1 decreased significantly (P < 0.05). The biochemical indicators of mice in groups 3 and 4 were significantly increased compared to group 1 (P < 0.05). This indicates that Yangxin tablets can achieve antidepressant effects by increasing levels of norepinephrine and other substances.

From Figure 1, it can be seen that the accuracy rates of the four diagnostic and treatment methods for residents with mental illnesses are 97.5%, 96.3%, 95.1%, and 94.6%, respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that the diagnostic and treatment accuracy of the method adopted by the research institute is higher than other methods, that is, when facing the maintenance of the patient's mental health, this method can provide the best repair effect for the patient.

In Figure 1(b), the sugar preference of the experimental group rats was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the identification index of the experimental group rats was significantly higher than that of the control group, indicating that the cognitive function of TBI rats can be significantly improved. All experimental results were P < 0.05.

Comparison of cognitive function between the two groups of patients before and after treatment with Chinese piano music.
Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in NOSIE scores between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05), indicating similar initial cognitive functions. After treatment, the total NOSIE score and each factor score of the experimental group were significantly improved. There was no significant difference between the total NOSIE scores of the control group and the experimental group before treatment, but after three months of treatment, the total NOSIE score of the experimental group was 63.87±4.56, which was significantly higher than the total NOSIE score of the control group, 59.63±4.22. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). This result indicates that Chinese piano music improves the cognitive function and social adaptability of patients with chronic schizophrenia.

Experimental method: Firstly, a gender stratified sampling survey was conducted on 26 prisons to diagnose and classify the types of mental illnesses among inmates. Secondly, psychiatrists and interviewers save and organize data on disease diagnosis content. Finally, the data on mental disorders of inmates will be used for statistical analysis.
Results of the prevalence of different mental illnesses among inmates.
The incidence of behavioral disorders in Table 1 is relatively high and statistically significant (P < 0.001), with male and female results of 14.26% and 21.16%, respectively. In addition, the statistical differences in adult personality and behavioral disorders were significant (P < 0.001), with a prevalence rate of 13.72% in males and 29.32% in females.

Comparison of improvement in bipolar disorder between the experimental group and the control group.
As can be seen from Table 1, in terms of emotional stability, the improvement rate of the experimental group was 48%, while that of the control group was only 22%. This showed that patients in the experimental group had a large improvement in emotional stability, while those in the control group had a relatively small improvement. In addition, the P-values were all less than 0.05, indicating that the difference in improvement rate between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant. This implies that the biology-based psychoeducational management approach adopted by the experimental group has significant advantages in improving symptoms of bipolar disorder.

As can be seen from Table 1, the recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was 20%, which was significantly lower than 50% in the control group. This suggests that modulating neurotransmitters effectively reduces the risk of recurrence during treatment. The comparison of t-value and p-value showed that there was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the experimental group and the control group (t-value was 3.5, p-value was 0.008). This suggests that patients in the experimental group benefited from treatment to modulate neurotransmitters, with a significantly lower recurrence rate compared to the control group.

Comparison of self-awareness between drug therapy and comprehensive therapy.
In Table 1, the total ITAQ score of patients in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that in the drug treatment group (5.63 ± 2.15 vs 3.33 ± 3.65, P < 0.001). It can be seen that comprehensive treatment is significantly better than drug therapy in improving patients' understanding of the severity of disease, medication, and violent behavior. Medical treatment alone can alleviate the symptoms of patients while combining psychological therapy, social support, and regulatory measures can ensure the safety of patients and the rights of others.

The correlation between sleep quality and psychological status of perioperative anesthesia patients.
In Table 1, the total ITAQ score and SDS standard score of perioperative anesthesia patients were negatively correlated with depressive psychological disorders, with r values of -0.135, -0.294, -0.226, and -0.493, respectively, P < 0.05. It can be seen that perioperative general anesthesia patients have poor sleep quality and accompanied by sleep disorders. There is a significant negative correlation between sleep quality scores and mental health status scores, and the severity of anxiety and depression can lead to a decrease in sleep quality.
