A Workshop for Judges Involved in Child Custody and Other Domestic Relations Disputes

A workshop format was developed to help judges to increase their awareness and sensitivity to the psychological needs of all parties in domestic relations disputes and to increase their skills to communicate this sensitivity. Guidelines and suggestions for interviewing children were also presented and discussed.
