The following sentence on page 233 is unclear: ‘In these contexts therapeutic empathy has been defined as involving three key features: 15 communicating that understanding and acting on that shared understanding in a helpful (therapeutic) way.15’

It should read as follows: ‘In these contexts therapeutic empathy has been defined as involving three key features: 15 Understanding, communicating that understanding and acting on that shared understanding in a helpful (therapeutic) way.15’

And immediately underneath, the word ‘feature’ should be ‘features’
