Abstract

The Princeton Peer Leadership Pro gram's Peer Group Connection trains seniors to serve as mentors to high school freshmen. It involves the fresh men in the life of the school and with students outside their social cliques, breaks down social and cultural barri ers, and exposes the universality of many feelings shared by adolescents.
