Abstract
The courts in Scotland continue to be affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and, since criminal cases have taken precedence during lockdown, there is a backlog of cases in the Family Court. Consequently, we are unable to provide notes on any cases in Scotland that are relevant to our readers in this issue of the journal. The notes for Scotland will resume in the next edition (October 2022).
