Procedures are described for calculating the in-plane deformations and curvature changes of sandwich panels caused by nonuniform temperature and moisture distribu tions. The procedures apply to panels consisting of a honeycomb core covered by fiber reinforced, composite face sheets. Results are presented in tables and charts, which can be used to estimate the deformations and curvature changes of panels made of dif ferent, commonly used, composites.
