Drug Testing In Public Agencies: Public Policy Issues And Managerial Responses

Abstract

This article discusses public policy issues involved in workplace drug testing and gives an analysis of the responses of public agency personnel directors to these issues. The article is based on a 1987 survey of 300 federal, state and local agency personnel directors throughout the United States.
