Dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of wet friction components performance degradation based on G1-CRITIC

High power density wet friction components are crucial in heavy equipment transmission systems, directly influencing equipment reliability. This paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with combined weighting, which dynamically divides the performance degradation of wet friction components into three stages. It constructs a multi-indicator, multi-level evaluation system, in which the performance degradation data is obtained from the wet clutch accelerated life test. Additionally, we utilize the combined weighting method to dynamically allocate weights for evaluation indicators at different stages and introduce the trapezoidal distribution membership function. The accuracy of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is then verified by using two prediction models as a comparison method. The results indicate that the model achieves an average relative error of 14.79% and a correlation coefficient R² of 0.9580, indicating higher usability and accuracy than the prediction models. Furthermore, the evaluation indicator weights are more sensitive to pressure variations.
