Hematemesis as Initial Presentation of Traumatic Paraceliac Pseudoaneurysm of the Abdominal Aorta

Abstract

This case report describes a patient whose hematemesis is an unusual presentation of a post-traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the paraceliac aorta resulting from a penetrating epigastric injury 20 months previously.
