Abstract
With deep sadness, we report the passing of Professor Peter Kilby. He has been a member of our advisory board from the inception of the journal in 1992 until his expiry in 2018. Professor Kilby was an eminent economist who held prestigious appointments such as a Fulbright Fellow, a Woodrow Wilson Fellow and a Guggenheim Fellow. His association with The Journal of Entrepreneurship has been a source of strength to us. May his soul rest in peace.
