Organisational Justice Perceptions of Healthcare Professionals in the Context of Burnout,Love of Money and Pay-level Satisfaction After COVID-19

This study contributes to the existing literature by examining the relationship between organisational justice and both love of money and pay-level satisfaction and burnout during COVID-19. Health professionals (n = 543) from public-sector hospitals in Giresun constituted the target population of the study. This research was a descriptive and cross-sectional study. SPSS V 16 and AMOS V 21 were used to analyse the data for this study. In the study, it was observed that as satisfaction with pay levels increased, so did the belief in the distributive justice of the organisation. While the love of money has no moderating impact between organisational justice and feelings of burnout, pay-level satisfaction does have such an impact. As a result, healthcare professionals have grown sensitive about being fully compensated for their work under COVID-19 pandemic conditions. Given these findings, healthcare organisations should create fair pay policies to ensure organisational equity, and employees should be able to benefit from performance payments. Hospital managers should pay attention to the opinions of the employees regarding revolving fund payments, especially in the affiliation processes.
