Entrepreneurial Opportunities in Indian Talent Pool Management—A Case of MeritTrac

The growth of knowledge economy and its increasing contribution to the global economy has brought into focus the importance of highly educated and quality manpower. As the knowledge economy expands, the issue of qualified, skilled and highly educated manpower is going to assume strategic importance for countries as well as for companies. The effect of changing demographic profile and the increasing trend of outsourcing in the services sector has brought into focus the talent pool of many developing and emerging economies of the world.
