Learning and Teaching Standards for Environment and Sustainability

An Australian multi-institutional project team has developed new national standards to support the design and delivery of innovative higher education in the Environment and Sustainability field. The standards are included in the newly published Learning and Teaching Academic Standards Statement for Environment and Sustainability and are endorsed by the Australian Council of Environmental Deans and Directors. The standards are grouped into four domains: transdisciplinary knowledge, systemic understanding, skills for environment and sustainability and ethical practice.
