This article provides an analysis of the behaviour and personal experiences of female and male wrestlers. The study has an ethnographic approach, utilizing fieldwork and qualitative interviews. The fieldwork lasted for about six months, and the qualitative interviews were conducted at the end. Those having the appropriate age for this project were invited for the interviews, three girls and four boys. The results show that girls and boys have different experiences of being a wrestler. This article will focus upon `the hidden curriculum' and different perceptions of physicality.
