Abstract
The editorial team of Small Group Research invites authors to submit manuscripts for a new feature: Spotlight on Methods. Articles for Spotlight on Methods can be written as (a) reviews that summarize the use of a particular method in research, provide integration across disciplines, and highlight important directions for future inquiries; or (b) introductions to new methods, or methods never or seldom used used in the study of groups and teams. Spotlight on Methods, is open to all methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, content analysis, interaction analysis, computational methods, visual analysis, image analysis) that are used (or could be used) in group research. When possible, please include a demonstration of the featured method on group/team data. Manuscripts by a team of interdisciplinary authors are preferred. Manuscript length can be negotiated based on topic. Spotlight on Methods articles accepted for publication will be published as soon as possible after manuscript acceptance.
