Abstract
The Journal of Concurrent Engineering: Research and Applications (CERA) is a peer-reviewed engineering journal that has published the research of both academic and industry professionals related to simultaneous engineering paradigms in the context of product development for over 30 years.

For this issue related to IoT Process Engineering. and how it relates to Concurrent Engineering, we are especially interested in papers that Investigate the role of the Internet of Things in creating intelligent and interconnected manufacturing systems, and discuss future goals and challenges in incorporating IoT into concurrent engineering practices, though more peripheral topics will also be considered or may be invited to submit to our standard copy flow if the paper falls within our scope: https://journals-sagepub-com-s.web.bisu.edu.cn/aims-scope/CER.
Once peer reviewed and if accepted, papers will be expertly and speedily processed through to online publication. Once we have a complete issue, the already published paper will be included in the completed issue, which we will print by the end of 2024.
