Chandra Nair is a human factors practitioner at Zebra Technologies, Inc., and a Certified Professional Ergonomist. He has extensive experience in testing and evaluation of products involving human interface, including handheld data capture devices, hand tools, surgical instruments, controls, and automotive and office seating. Graham Marshall has 35 years of experience in research, design, and development in both the United States and Canada. Throughout his career, he has led product innovation and human factors teams in a number of high-technology companies, including NCR, AT&T, Nortel, and Motorola. In addition, he has taught product design strategy and lectured on product innovation at conferences in North America, Europe, and Asia.
