In the above-mentioned article, which appeared in August issue of Journal of Career Assessment, the authors would like to rectify the following errors: The U.S. benchmark correspondence index value (Rounds & Tracey, 1996) was incorrectly given as .78. The correct value is .70. In Tables 5 and 8, h2 should be h. The values reported in the tables are the communality index values (h).
