Abstract

It is with great pleasure that I confirm the rumor that has been flitting along the Methodological Grapevine, which would be a good name for a band. Dr. James LeBreton will be the next Editor of Organizational Research Methods. He has agreed to serve a 3-year term as Editor and will begin receiving manuscripts on July 1, 2013. One of my first actions as Incoming Editor was to ask James to serve as an Associate Editor. He graciously agreed and has done an exceptional job. He is very knowledgeable about a variety of methodological areas, and his feedback is always detailed and constructive. I have every expectation that he will continue the tradition of great ORM Editors (one that seems to have skipped a generation) who take the journal to new levels of quality and influence.
