Announcing the Prerelease of the Young Exceptional Children Monograph Series 14: Supporting Young Children Who Are Dual Language Learners With or At Risk for Disabilities
Monograph 14 offers contemporary perspectives about strategies to support young children who are dual language learners (DLL) in inclusive early intervention (EI) and early childhood special education (ECSE) settings. This book highlights culturally and linguistically responsive innovations in assessment and evaluation, the influence of federal and state policy on assessment and instructional practices and eligibility determination, successful partnerships with families, and evidence-based intervention and instruction.
