Computer Hardware and Software for Controlling Restaurant Operations

Abstract

This paper presents the results of a survey on computer hardware/software use administered to over 100 restaurant operators in three states. It describes and analyzes recent trends in software practice by Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois restaurant operators using personal computers to control operations and perform accounting duties.
