The Impact of Wall Thermal Storage on Measurements Period in Testing Thermal Resistance under Field Conditions

Abstract

This article deals with in situ measurements of thermal resistance of building envelopes. It presents an algorithm for calculations and discusses the in fluence of heat storage on the period of measurements. Transmission of heat through multilayer walls was calculated with the help of a computer.
