The authors regret the following errors were published.

On pages 316 and 321 respectively of the article, it states that:

“Three percent of women and 17% of men surveyed reported experiencing rape or other ‘‘forced sex.’’ (p. 316).

“An intriguing and counterintuitive finding is that more men than women reported a history of sexual assault ( 17% compared to 3%).” (p. 321).

The correct total % for men reporting rape/forced sex should be 14%.
