Please kindly note that the article published in the Journal of Child Health Care entitled “Psychometric proprieties of the Child Health Questionnaire in Arabic-speaking context: A multi-trait and multi-sample study” (2018, Vol 22(4) 503–519) refers to the Child Health Questionnaire (CHQ), a legacy outcomes measure that is protected by international copyright law. HealthActCHQ Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (“HACHQ”) holds and owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Child Health Questionnaire (“CHQ”). It is not permissible to distribute the CHQ, abridge, conduct derivative short-form works, translate, alter, adapt, or norm without expressed written permissions from HealthActCHQ. It is unlawful to distribute copies of the surveys - including translations, scoring documents, manuals, etc. to third parties by sale, rental, lease, lending, or any other means. Those wishing to secure a license for use of the CHQ Surveys (including translations and short-forms) must register their request for approval using the following link https://www.healthactchq.com/licensing.php.
