Congratulations to Andrew Brooks and Clare Herrick, both of the Department of Geography, King’s College London, UK. Their article, ‘Bringing relational comparison into development studies: Global health volunteers’ experiences of Sierra Leone’ was voted the best article in 2019 by the PIDS editorial team. The article appeared in issue 19.2 (pp. 97–111) and the authors will receive a cash prize of US$200.
