Nation-to-Nation Challenges to Addressing the Effects of Emerging Global Nurse Migration on Health Care Delivery

Abstract

The United Kingdom is highly dependent on international nurse migration from developing countries. This paper presents an overview of the Royal College of Nursing's concerns with and proposals for addressing the issues raised by international nurse migration.
