Abstract
Welcome to Drexel University! In January 2013, the journal followed the editor to a new home in Philadelphia, PA. In July 2013, the managing editor and support for the journal also moved to Drexel University. So, it is with a sad heart that we bid farewell to Minjung Kim as Managing Editor; her support for the journal has been stellar and I am ever so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. I know one day she will make an outstanding editor-in-chief of her own journal, and I hope this experience working with Human Resource Development Review will have played an important role in her future as a scholar. But as Minjung moves on to new opportunities, we welcome a new managing editor.
The new managing editor is Seth Jacobson. Seth holds a master’s degree in Global and International Education from Drexel University. He is leaving his position as Assistant Director of Drexel University’s Lindy Center for Civic Engagement to begin his journey toward a PhD in Educational Leadership Development and Learning Technologies. I hope you’ll join me in giving him a warm welcome.
